Flat was spacious

No maintenance and no cleanliness. Cockroaches and other insects inside the shelves and kitchen. Shower and jet spray were not working. Overall poor maintenance.

The property is new and maintained well, the facilities are absolutely sufficient and takes care of everything a family requires...

The apartment itself was good, but the reservation and coordination process needs improvement. The call center team confirmed that we could check in at 7 AM, but on arrival we were informed the room was not ready. After several discussions, we were offered a room at another property about 7–8 km away. Since we stayed there only for a few hours and checked out the same evening, we could not utilize the bed for an overnight stay or the complimentary breakfast. Despite this inconvenience, we had to go through multiple calls and discussions with different people before a reasonable discount was offered. The situation could have been handled more smoothly and professionally. Initially the staff were polite, but as the discussion continued the tone became less courteous. Better coordination and customer handling would greatly improve the overall experience.
