Location okay but not the 7level park.

Whole penthouse smelly. Toilet smelly and not clean. Disappointed with the Customer Service when told them Master toilet room water blockage can’t flow down NOT REPLY at all.

Spacious.

The front key pad never worked properly. We ended up propping the door open so we could get back in.

The unit is spacious, clean and airy. It's ideal for bonding for big families and big group gathering within a unit. The number of rooms and bathrooms in the penthouse makes it very convenient and comfortable for everyone. The Pool table, Karaoke set and mahjong table provide an assortment of activities for all. Good location. Would definitely come back.

Facilities are dated … aircon needs servicing . Most of the items need to refreshed . No toiletries in some bathroom

The children and adults absolutely loved the retro arcade machine. We were all impressed by how spacious the apartment was and the pool table was a big hit too. We did not end up watching TV or using the karaoke system, as there were so many interesting things to explore in Melaka. One convenient feature of the apartment was that The Shore Shopping Gallery is directly accessible via Level 2 of our Residence Tower 3A. While the mall is quite empty and has very limited shopping options, it still offers a good range of family friendly activities, including escape room, ghost house, indoor playground, oceanarium, and The Shore Sky Tower which kept us entertained after exploring Jonker Street and other local attractions.

The bathrooms could benefit from some additional attention. There were noticeable water stains on the shower screens and nasty mold around the silicone joints. Occasionally, there was sewage smell coming from the drainage, not sure if its the piping system in the tower or just minor unclogging of the toilet drainage will help. Suggest host to replace suitable toilet seat cover, provide air fresheners or aromatic diffusers, especially in the smaller rooms would really help enhance the overall staying experience.
