Ottima posizione, vicino alla spiaggia e a tutti i servizi. Zona tranquilla nel verde, senza rumori e traffico. Parcheggio sempre disponibile sotto casa. Appartamento, pulito, arredato in modo funzionale, di dimensioni giuste per una famiglia e completo di tutti i comfort. Host molto gentile, disponibile e professionale. Check-in e check-out di facile gestione.

We booked this apartment for 3 weeks as a family with a baby, and unfortunately our experience was far from what we expected. Pros: Good position, although not exactly as advertised (it’s not a 3-minute walk to the beach, but a bit more). The house has been newly renovated, so the flooring and bathroom are new.

Cons: Unhelpful host: The host was dismissive and at times rude. When we asked for assistance, we were told they “have other businesses to run” and that we should avoid contacting them so often. Cleanliness concerns: There is no washing machine in the apartment, which already makes longer stays difficult. On top of that, we found bloodstains on the bedsheets — unacceptable for any rental, let alone one advertised as a vacation home. Overall hygiene did not meet basic standards. Lack of basic amenities: Towels – We asked in advance for additional sets since there was no washing machine. We are 3 people and only received 4 sets in total (just 1 extra). When we raised the issue, the host’s reply was simply that there is a laundry nearby — hardly a practical solution for a family staying 3 weeks with a baby. Cleaning – We requested at least one house cleaning during the stay, offering to pay. This was refused. Pots and pans – On arrival, we discovered they were completely unusable. When we asked for replacements, the host said they “couldn’t treat us differently from other guests” and never provided any. We ended up buying our own cookware. Overall: We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and our requests here were no different from what we have asked in the past — other hosts were always willing to help. Considering the amount charged for this apartment, we expected at least basic hospitality and support. This apartment might be acceptable for a short stay if you don’t need to cook or do laundry, but it is not suitable as a vacation home, especially for families or longer stays.

Уютно, чисто, близко к морю и магазину (10 мин. пешком), кондиционер в каждой комнате, большой балкон с раковиной.

Особо недостатков нет, но иногда были слышны проходящие поезда.

I liked that it was very airy and functional and the beds were good. Also, I liked the bathroom and the balcony. In addition the location was super! It was 3 minutes walking to the beach. There were several supermarkets nearby and it was very nice area.

If I have to mention something, I didn't like the coffee machine. I didn't know how to use it so I didn't, and I like to take my coffee in the mornings. It would have been nice if there were some instructions. But apart from that, the apartment is really nice. 😊
