We ran out of toilet roll so maybe put some extra in a store area

It was spotless. The beds were soooo comfortable Amazing location, close enough to Balloch to go out Ross priory nearby to for amazing views

The WiFi did not work well on the other side of the house No jets in the hot tub :( Some more condiments would be great Some more mirrors would be great

The place is so cozy. The beds were all really comfortable. There was some nice wee touches like being left some chocolates which the kids loved. The garden is massive and there is lots of room for the kids to safely explore the property . The hot tub heats up fast and can be reheated within an hour if you wish it to be hotter. There is Netflix available for kids. Also has a wee utility room. The views are spectacular. The property is fitted with modern heating systems and can also be made extra cozy with wood burner.

That’s it’s hard to get WiFi in the back far room. Path is quite dark to get to the hot tub area.
