"Burglary on the third day and no help offered"

Location

On the third day of our stay, we got robbed. A large sum of cash, electronics, and jewelry were stolen. The thieves who entered the apartment likely had a key; there were no signs of forced entry. The matter was reported to the police and the rental company. The company did nothing to help us, they didn’t even replace the lock. As a result, we felt unsafe for the rest of our stay, fearing that the same thing might happen again. No compensation was offered
