La suciedad extrema, persiana rota, una manguera de ducha que se salía el agua, ventanas que no corrían, comunicación mala con el propietario que además de cobrar un dineral por la limpieza, es inexistente y recibía mal nuestras quejas

Muy grande y bonito, mucho mejor que en fotos. Cuando llegamos estaba todo impecable y olía a limpio. La localization inmejorable también.

The location was pretty central. The street was a little noisy with the bars on the street open until after midnight. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for a family and we noticed two travel cots in one of the wardrobes. The sitting room was the most comfortable room as it had the benefit of a little air conditioning.

The air conditioning was really poor. Only provided in the sitting room and not very effective. The sitting room leads onto a glass enclosed balcony which due to the glass increased the heat in the sitting room countering effect of air con. and was unusable itself because it was in full sun. The hairdryer provided in the apartment fused the electrics so was unusable and caused unnecessary and unwanted communications to find the fuse box and get the electrics back on. Although it was exceptionally hot we wanted to use the oven to heat a bought pizza. The oven didn't work. There was no electric kettle so we had to use a hob kettle which increased the heat in the kitchen. The kettle didn't have a knob on the lid so we had to prise it off with a knife! and as there were no oven gloves provided we were scalded by the steam every time we tried to make a cup of tea. There were no items of kitchen linen provided i.e. oven gloves, tea towels. No chopping/bread board. Only one plug in bathroom for basin, bath and bidet. No plug in shower room. Shower and bathroom very dated. Shower mouldy and shower head unstable with increase with water flow, resulting in water being sprayed outside enclosure. Central light in one of the bedrooms didn't work.
