Apartament w dobrym stanie

Niska ocena wynika z miejsca parkingowego jakie jest przeznaczone do apartamentu nr 2. Wjazd na to miejsce przez parking podziemny jest prawie niemożliwy do przejechania przez samochód większy (typu kombi). Próbowaliśmy tam przejechać na co najmniej 20 razy a i tak zahaczyliśmy samochodem o ścianę. Parkingów "zastępczych" w okolicy brak.

Mieszkanie w cichej lokalizacji. Blisko centrum Karpacza oraz sklepów. Czysto i przestronnie. Dodatkowym atutem jest balkon, na którym można wypić poranną kawę oraz przypisane do mieszkania miejsce parkingowe.

Bardzo wygodny apartament, wyposażony w potrzebne sprzęty, na plus miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym.

Słaba komunikacja z obsługą po rezerwacji pobytu. W obiekcie przydałoby się częściej sprzątać części wspólne. Ogólnie apartament wymaga odświeżenia i przydałby się większy blat roboczy w aneksie.
