Very nice and cosy flat and extreamly mind staff. The riad is so colorful. The breakfast so delicious with everything (fruits, jam, eggs, pancake, etc.). There ín the bath amenities. The air cond. working well. All day cleaned room. Very good view from the roof. There is spa with hammam and massage. It was fantastic service. I recommend for everyone. We loved everything.

The owners/couple who run the property are gems. So kind, friendly and helpful. They are the reason you should stay at this property. They will treat you like a friend, not just another hotel tourist. They helped us book train tickets, and taxis. Great value for a no frills traditional Riad in the Medina. I liked the location - quiet, easy walking to the souks, on a Medina path but not confusing to get to, close to good restaurants. We stayed in 2 different rooms - on the rooftop with terrace access (I liked being able to open windows to the outside, yet still quiet up there), and one inside with two windows very high up, both were comfortable and clean, firm but comfortable mattresses, hot water. Full traditional breakfast with 3 types of bread and all the toppings, eggs, fruit, fresh squeezed OJ, tea or coffee - so much we only needed 2 meals a day (good money saved then in that we only purchased one meal out each day). We had our best meal in Morocco a two minute walk down the path at Dar Chadia Fes (highly recommend!), and a super tasty personal experience cooking class a three minute walk away at Riad Hayat with a mother daughter instructor pair (you should totally do this too, but if you don’t do the class go here to eat they will hand make your meal from scratch when you order, worth the wait). We did the traditional hammam and 60min massage at Fes Colors too and that was professional and so relaxing - wish I could do this weekly!, my skin is still soft.

Our first night other guests were very loud and rude at 1, 2 and 5am- I’m not sure if they were coming or going or what was happening but it woke me. And staying on the terrace so other guest sat right out our door and window one whole afternoon so he could plug in his laptop- we were supposed to have that area of the balcony privately.

The location of the Riad was good and I found it was easy to locate. I was really happy with the room I had and think it was really good value for money. Breakfast was included which I enjoyed. All of the staff were super lovely and they even organised a taxi for me to get to the airport. I really enjoyed my stay at Riad Fes Colors & Spa and would definitely stay again.

Bien ubicado, desayuno rico, baño cómodo y cama comoda, además del personal muy amables

La ducha salía fría unos 4 segundos, cada 20 segundos, algún problema de caldera tienen y es incómodo, y la habitación demasiado básica, no tiene ni 1 mesilla donde dejar el móvil cargando

Estuvimos alojados 3 noches y la verdad que estuvimos fenomenal. La habitación amplia y muy bien equipada. La terraza tranquila y con muy buenas vistas. El desayuno fabuloso y la ubicación es perfecta, porque estás a 2 minutos de la Medina pero sin estar dentro. Realmente para repetir. Gracias!!
