Lots of space and good kitchen facilities in a quiet, central location.

The property is hard to keep warm in cold winter months.

Spacious, interestingly and nicely decorated, well equipped and incredibly well located, just yards from John Lewis and Norwich city centre.

Extremely small, old and slow TV which had limited options and difficult to see across a spacious living area. Needs upgrading given the high standard of the rest of the property. The external door and kitchen door were both extremely sticky and required considerable force to open and close - a few seconds to plane down would solve this. And finally, whilst very central it’s tricky to find and the locations in booking.com are inaccurate (both the link to directions and the separate coordinates). Combined with lack of guidance in the joining instructions and no photos showing the front (entrance) of the property, it was a stressful start - and easily avoidable.

Very spacious, modern and comfortable. Great location, would definitely stay again.

They sent the check in details to my mobile which I didnt have access to, but otherwise seamless.

The place was very well appointed and very well located. We enjoyed the little patio along with the neighbours that were very friendly.

When we book the apartment, there was no mention that it was on two floors. We are an elderly couple and we had to haul our luggage to the second floor.

The location of flat is very good, nearby the center and quiet. the flat is clean. The host is very polite

The laundry machine didn’t work. It is good that the company has compensated by a refund.

Lovely townhouse in a great location for exploring Norwich. A well-equipped house to suit your needs.
