La villa es muy bonita, bien mantenida y con una piscina increíble. Tuvimos algunos problemas durante nuestra estadía, pero fueron resueltos enseguida por la agencia. Sin dudas volveremos!

Our stay with Welcs Welcome Solutions in Empuriabrava was extremely disappointing. We had to cut our holiday short due to serious electricity issues in the apartment, which made it impossible to enjoy the stay. Instead of helping us resolve the problem fairly, the company refused to refund the money for the nights we could not use. To make matters worse, they are ignoring Booking.com’s requests about the refund, leaving us stuck without any resolution. When we went directly to the agency in person, they told us they accepted the refund request — but this turned out to be a lie, since no refund ever came. This experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. A company in the hospitality business should be transparent, reliable, and respectful to its guests, but unfortunately Welcs showed none of these qualities. I strongly recommend avoiding this agency and booking instead with more trustworthy providers in Empuriabrava.
