Lift too slow

The place was decent, the place had all the stuff as advertised in the pic

Got there after 15h00 to check in, the place was still dirty , lady only arrived to start cleaning and asked if we can come back after 5pm. The coffee that was provided was brewed coffee and they did not provide a coffee extractor. I was charged 965.00 as a cleaning fee, contacted the booking.com customer care immediately and no one assisted me.

Great location. Group of 4. one attending a conference and 3 first visit to Cape Town. Walking distance of CTICC (10 mins) and V&A (20 mins) and other locations such as colourful houses. Good choice of restaurants on street and Spar nearby. Safe location. Apartment clean spacious and comfortable. Nice views of ocean and table mountain

I liked the apartment and everything it offered. From the security at reception and the safety measures taken to get into the apartment. The apartment was nice and cozy and the heating in the bedrooms really helped. The showers were very nice, I could stay in there the whole day and the pillows were very soft which I really appreciated. The view was also worth the price.

Not really disliked, but, i would have loved heating in the living room as well, especially since I was travelling with elders who really like the heat. I would also appreciate glasses to drink juice and water in. I didn't like that there was no indoor pool as it was described on the booking website.
