15th Century Loft - Verona City Centre

Our stay at Enrico's apartment didn't start off great. The place looked beautiful and was clean, but we quickly noticed that the bedroom in the basement was a bit damp and chilly, and the heaters weren't working well. The next day, we also had bad luck when the water heater broke, so there was no hot water in the taps or the shower. Luckily, Enrico was super easy to communicate with, and he even came by late at night to help us out with the issues. He sorted everything out and got the apartment warmed up with the air conditioning. On our departure day, he also let us check out later and helped us carry our bags to the train station by his car, which was really nice of him. Overall, we recommend this place because issues can happen anywhere, and Enrico really did his best to help us out.

I didnt expect that the second bedroom will be in the basement, there is no sunlight there, and there is no view from the window. It was a bit cold, but the owner helped us to warm up the place. I Think all would be bearable if the price will be much lower.

Very spacious and modern. Two bathrooms which is such a luxury when traveling as a group. Location is good too.

Very easy to enter with door code, host friendly and accommodating, very good location, air conditioning worked well

The main bedroom is on the basement. A dehumidifier should be on 24h.

Was a very specious, clean and modern apartment. Was completely equipped with all your needs and owner helped us out with anything we needed. Great location everything walking distance totally great environment to stay close to all tourist attractions.
