Host was very friendly Location- perfect for the local event I attend (5 milies) close to businesses Large house with ammenities allowed room for family Big back/front yard for child play Sleeping arrangements 3 bathrooms

Enclosed deck was dusty and covered with lrg spider webs Loose boards on outside deck No play structure Miscellaneous things broken in house Live cockroaches found in kitchen
