מקום האירוח אומנם מרכזי אבל הרבה שיכורים בתוך כל אזור הפאבים ולא היה נעים לעבור שם אבל היום זה היה בסדר וקרוב למרכזי קניות. המיטות נוחות.

היה ריח של עובש כשנכנסנו וגם עכבישים בסלון, מסובך מאוד להיכנס לדירה זה רק דרך קוד מסוים בטלפון ומכיוון ששכחנו את הטלפון בדירה לא יכולנו להיכנס אליה בלילה הראשון , המארחים לא היו מתחשבים במיוחד , גם כשהיינו צריכים לעזוב הם הגיעו בדיוק ב11 הילדים היו צריכים עוד כמה דקות של התארגנות אבל הם ממש כעסו ואיימו עלינו שיחייבו עוד יום ונכנסו תוך כדי שאנחנו שם והתחילו לנקות , לא היה מצידם שום רגש אנושי וחבל . אנחנו לא נחזור לשם.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Madrid! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing 4-night stay in this lovely apartment in Madrid. The location was perfect – right in the city center, close to all major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Our host was extremely kind and helpful,. The check-in process was smooth, and we even had a secure place to leave our luggage before check-in time. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The apartment is very close to the main attractions, we walked 10 minutes from Cibeles Square, where the airport bus dropped us off. It is 5 minutes from Grand Via Street. There are lots of restaurants nearby, there is a Carrefour Express 5 minutes away. The apartment is very clean, you get everything you need for your stay: towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, washing machine, all you need to prepare breakfast or something to eat in the apartment. We had enough hot water, even though 5 people took a shower, we used air conditioning for heat. We arrived before check-in and the owner let us leave our luggage in the apartment next door (he explained to us that the cleaning is made by an external company, which should clean the apartment before 14, that's why we couldn't check in earlier). The apartment is on the ground floor and the windows overlook a very small interior courtyard, without view (but this didn't bother us). If we come back, we will definitely stay here again :)

The terrace is actually a garbage dump. So horrible odor, and hot appartment. No working A/C.

This property was perfectly situated in the heart of Madrid, clean, well maintained and equipped with most of the stuff we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout my stay.
