John’s Pass Views Spacious Condo

It was very convenient to beach and pool. Close proximity to shops and eateries too. The condo was well maintained and staff was very helpful and accommodating 😊

Las camas incomoda la limpieza muy mala me pase todo el tiempos limpiando el piso q estaba negro y pegajoso las cosas de la cocina miy antiguas

The location was everything with the beach steps away, beach serve with lounge chairs and umbrella for 35.00 a day. We enjoyed just walking across the street at Johns Pass for dinner, shopping and ice cream. The pool is small but had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella with tables. The complex also has a BBQ area with picnic table and washer & dryer on site. The complex is older but very clean and quiet.

The condo is very dated which in need of some paint and repairs. They have a futon in master but no extra lines or blankets. They really need to replace the living room furniture. Their couch which is a love seat eats you when you sit in it there is only enough setting for 4 people in the living room, unless you bring a dinning room chairs in. They really need a bigger hot water heater as only 2 people can take a shower back to back.
