USEverything was perfect. The Ocean and Bay Views are stunning, large balcony with furniture to enjoy the views and boats watching. Apartment is newly renovated, well maintained, beautifully designed, warm, inviting & felt like home. Sparkling clean as well. Parking spot is a big plus. Beach was easily accessible in 3 min walk. Building is newly renovated too with 2 high end elevators. Location is prime. Cosy pool offers Sunset views facing to the bay, west. Property owner/host is a true super host, not only she provides beautiful properties in Miami, we stayed at her other unit, she goes way and beyond for guests. whoever says anything wrong about her is falsifying perhaps as retaliation that they left damages and their deposit wasn’t returned. We never left damages and our deposit was returned same day. She listens and delivers. I certainly recommend this property and this host.

Just another fraud scheme from "airBnb" apartment. Didn`t expect this from Booking.com Owner Yana is very rude and unprofessional. You will have to pay a damage deposit in cash (property rules) - but you would never get your money back. Also be ready pay more than your total price in cash upon arrival or "leave my property immediately". It cost me +$460$ extra Property itself - very outdated. One of the showers is broken (we had to clean the water from the floor every time). Windows with zero noice reduction - be ready to have a very good ear plugs, very noisy street. Furniture - broken (probably owner brings from her house old tables and chairs). Some forks and knifes with rust, frying pans are scratched. Pool is abandoned (during our 9 nights stay nobody cleaned it or even area near the pool). 2 beach towels, 1 small umbrella, 1 beach chair - this is the 3400$ package for 4 ppl. I don`t know how booking com is allowed this person to do a business.

FRUSProperty is well maintained. Host is very responsive and kind. Location is next to beach, shopping mall, and Publix. Very modern place. Can’t wait to comeback
USGorgeous apartment!! New remodeled and implacable clean, with stunning views to the bay and ocean. We spent time on a balcony enjoying the views and boats passing by. Beach was convenient, only couple min walk. Boardwalk was useful. Owner and host was fantastic, kind, hospitable and made sure we had a great stay. Included garage Parking space is big plus. This is a trophy apartment and I absolutely recommend.
USUSWhat a gorgeous bay and ocean view this condo has!!! We enjoyed the large balcony sipping wine. Access to the beach is short 3 min walk, beach chairs provided. Condo itself is beautifully decorated, updated recently, super clean and just gorgeous. I highly recommend the host as well, she’s very responsive, works very hard, met us at night with kindness and a smile. Parking spot in building is huge plus. Pool is overlooking the beautiful bay. Overall was amazing stay!
