Property difficult to locate . We called the hotel multiple ĺtimes but could not get anyone who could explain how to get to their hotel. There was only a single signboard on the main road and the hotel is in the interior. GPS coordinates are to a dead-end car park . When we finally got there the parking lot was open and muddy. Room we had asked for quiet room on a higher floor but the one provided was next to the only elevator. The room was unclean and contrary to booking confirmation it was not pool facing. The toiletries weren't replaced at all for three days and we had to use our own. We had booked and paid for a double occupancy room (INR 7500/night), we were given one small bottle of 500 ml water, and asked to buy form the hotel. There was only single cup, for a double occupancy room with bare minimum supplies for tea or coffee. Throughout the day the hotel played loud music. The property is extremely noisy. To get away i booked the hotel spa, it didn't have basic facilities like shower cap or proper pillow to rest your head on during the message. Breakfast was minimal and we had to ask multiple times for a glass of water. The property reviews seem to be manufactured rather than being genuine . Overall, it was a bad experience, n fact worst I have ever had. It is better to stay at soneother place !

Each and every staff members were very supportive and professional.

I would have gone for higher room category, unfortunately those rooms were not available while booking. But otherwise all good. Yes, there could be more options for breakfast menu, think about it.
