Tarzanà 11 apartment - Cala di Palermo

Lovely apartment in good location.

No washing machine and only one towel for 4 days. The apartment was comfortable but the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Parking was bad too and you had to dodge the hustlers.

De ligging, het ligt op wandelafstand van alles. En er is een bushalte op een paar minuten wandelen om naar het strand te gaan.

The apartment is in a very good location. The most important landmarks, restaurants, and shops are all nearby. It is situated in a quiet area. At night, the only occasional sound from the window was seagulls, which added to the charm :) The apartment is very well equipped, with comfortable beds and everything kept very clean. The host was extremely helpful, polite, and kind. We were welcomed with a lovely surprise: products for our first dinner. I highly recommend this place. There were five of us, and everyone came back very satisfied.

Skvělá základna pro výlety (i s dětmi) po centru Palerma. V bytě nechybí nic důležitého, postele jsou OK, v kuchyni nechybí žádné důležité vybavení. Předání klíčů přes whatsapp, vše bez problému, rychlá komunikace pana majitele. Nejpomalejší výtah na západní polokouli, hodně jsme se tomu nasmáli :D

Gauč v obýváku by potřeboval menší repas :)

The location was brilliant, turn a street or two and you’re on one of the main strips to the cathedral, endless bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shops. Or a 2 minute stroll to the marina which is a lovely place to stop and have a drink

Squeaky bed, no soap in the bathroom

Great location, close to many restaurant and coffee places and easy walk to the old city center. Very quiet street made sleeping easy. Marco, the host, is very reliable and answers questions promptly. He even helped get a ride to the airport.

Everything was very nice these are just a few things that would have made our stay fabulous. There's a coffee machine that makes good coffee but we would have liked more pods for the machine. There was soap in only one of the bathrooms, having soap in both bathrooms would have been great. A place to put our suitcases on for easier access and hooks for coats would have been helpful.

Die Lage ist ideal und das Appartement ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Marco, der Besitzer war immer erreichbar; einmal hatten wir Probleme mit der Heizung und nach 10 Minuten war er persönlich vor Ort und hat alles richtig eingestellt. Es war wirklich alles super organisiert.

Lokalizacja naprawdę wyjątkowa, spokojna okolica i przede wszystkim blisko głównych atrakcji miasta. Lokalizacje oceniam na 11/10. Cały pobyt oceniam na 10/10 mimo jednego - rozkładana kanapa trochę skrzypi ( gdy podróżujecie w 5-6 osób ) ale mi i żonie akurat nie przeszkadzało tak bardzo

We booked this apartment after a lot of research and we were very pleased - it was just myself and my husband staying there. The best thing has to be the location - it was very quiet at night (and I'm a light sleeper) but we were literally 5-10 minutes walk from the main sites. There is a large supermarket a 5-minute walk away which was open late seven days a week. The area is very safe and there are a lot of little shops and good restaurants very close by and of course the harbour and port which has modern restaurants and shops. On Sundays there is a flea market in Piazza Marina. Wifi speed is very good and there is plenty of hot water for the shower. To summarise - this is an excellent base for a city break to Palermo for 2-4 people and we were very happy for our 5-night stay - thank you.

The apartment was a good size for just the two of (would be fine for 4 people as both bedrooms are a good size and there are two bathrooms) but I wouldn't recommend it for six people and the sofa bed was rather uncomfortable to sit on. There were two televisions - one in each bedroom but not one in the living area which was a little surprising. As others have commented, the lift was amazingly slow (obviously not the fault of the apartment) but was still very useful to get heavy suitcases up to the apartment.
