Unica cosa che può essere migliorata è l'insonorizzazzione in quanto essendo vicina ad una strada principale si sente molto.

Non distante dal centro

Troppo rumoroso , la superstrada a 4 corsie di notte provoca molto rumore di auto

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien ubicado para mi necesidad. Relativamente cerca del centro. La cama es confortable y la cocina tiene todo lo imprescindible.

Algo ruidoso ya que las ventanas y balcones no aíslan bien el ruido de la avenida. El aparcamiento es difícil. No tiene ascensor. A pesar de todo eso, me parece un buen apartamento para pasar unos días.

La/les télévisions pourraient être changés et avoir des télés capables de visionner des sites de streaming (smart Tv). Le canapé et les fauteuils ne sont pas confortables, changer tout ça pour un canapé d’angle serait favorable à mon avis. Le BRUIT de la ville constant, on est à côté d’une rue très passante, et on entend chaque voiture qui passe car fenêtre qui se ferme mal et qui sont mal isolés

The location is convenient and only 20 minutes walk to the centre. There are great bars, restaurants and a small supermarket nearby. The apartment was clean. Shampoo and shower gel provided. The communication with the hosts is easy and friendly.

The bath towels are very thin and there was a hole in one of them. They only provide a set per person, no spare. To get a spare set, there is an extra charge. There are no tea towels which makes the drying messy on the wooden worktop. The electric hotplate didn't work (or at least we didn't manage to get it working). If you check in after 9pm, there is an extra charge, which is not very well advertised on the booking site.

A 15 minutos de todo, pero con tranquilidad de un barrio sevillano. Super cercas, el transporte a la puerta y el departamento funcionó en su totalidad. Luz solar, ventilación. Vale la pena. Lo demás en eñ centro está lleno de gente y los pasajes son angostos. Este está a media cuadra de una gran avenida.

Quizás el olor a fritura de la gente que vivía en la primera planta.
