Was very clean, very well managed and had everything you’d need for a short stay. The bathrooms were spacious with double wash basins. Easy check-in and check-out.

I was amazed by the size and quality of the apartments, and the staff were excellent; they were always friendly and very helpful. We stayed 8 nights (originally booked for 6, but extended) and found the rooms and facilities very clean and comfortable. The pool was also very relaxing with lots of chairs/tables available to enjoy snacks and drinks. Nearby (five minutes walk) there is a large outdoor food market with excellent food for low prices (opens late afternoon). We ate there most nights because the food was better than in the more popular tourist locations. The beach is a short walk away and in the area, there are also many small restaurants, bars, and massage stores. Many friends who were staying at a five-star resort visited our apartments and commented that they wished they had booked this place.

I cannot fault this place. It was not a new establishment, but everything was clean and tidy and the location was excellent.

Spacious apartment with large attached bathrooms. One of the people in the office is american, so communication is not an issue if you speak English. Everything was clean and comfortable. Quiet AC units in all rooms.

This was not an issue for us, but it could be for other people: No elevator. Staff is helpful carrying luggage, but if you have issues walking up stairs I'd recommend contact the place to make sure you get a room you can get to.

I never imagined the apt could be that big with such low cost. The apartment has everything you need including frige, washing machine and a jacuzzi. There's a pool in the yard. The house is not on the main street so it is very quiet. There is a night market and 711 nearby, also bars and massage shops, and it is also close to the bus station to Bkk Airport.

Nice hotel with fiendly staff and good location. Very good for family to stay in villa. Good swimming pool.

Sockets were too old and some of them do not work. TV did not work in bedroom.

Comparing with the other accommodations, we got our own house with pool, relatively good privacy. I really appreciate the help that Jill and her personal gave during our stay. Jill welcomed us on our arrival, gave tips about how to get around. The cleaning ladies were really nice and friendly. we hade some problems with water, gas, kitchen during our stay, as soon as a whatsupp message send to Jill we got help. The private pool we had was great in such hot summer, we appreciated that it was cleaned every day. in the nearby region there were local markets, 711, night market, quite convenient. It was a bit to go to the beach with 2 kids in a hot summer, but doable.

although I really appreciated the stuff and service, the house itself was kind of in need of extra work. there were ants inside the house, at least I found them in the kitchen, the bedroom and the living room, only asked help for bedroom since the others did not bother so much, however it was unpleasant; the drain is not really good both in the kitchen and in the bathroom, we asked a couple of times for fixing the problem in the kitchen; the drain is especially bad outside the door, we had twice overflow; there was water leakage near the dining table when it rained, it was not so pleasant to get water drop on neck when sitting there and ate. The kitchen equipment were quite worn out.
