The location was OK. The house was supposed to be equipped for 9 guests it was most definitely NOT Only 3 forks were not enough plates, no knives to cut or prepare dinner. The oven did not work, no cooking equipment, no mixing bowels, no spatial no serving spoons, no dishes It was also dirty empty loo rolls shoved in the cuppard half eaten packet of biscuits The bannister on the stairs was very losse All the curtains hanging down, no bedside tables or lamps, no mirrors upstairs, The sofa bed table chairs are located in the very cold, dull conservatory area

The beds were comfortable. The rooms were spacious. The property was clean. There was enough towels and bedding. The location was great and it was very easy to get into the property. Ample parking for 3 cars

There was general wear and tear around the property. It was extremely cold on arrival. It was a little run down with skirting boards missing/broken tiles and blinds. Could do with having a little uplift.

The location was great. We travel for work so usually we only sleep in the properties but the beds were comfy and we had everything we needed to cook our own meals.

It was well equipped and convenient for the city centre. Also like the tea/coffee provision.

I would liked to have had extra pillows in the downstairs bedrooms.
