"Nice and hygienic place located at one of the posh area."

Location, since it is located in one of the posh area of Pune, there are lots of eating joints, pubs, supermarket.(Osho ashram, if you are interested in yoga and meditation). Room was clean with all necessary amenities.

Nothing that I can think of, except that, they don't have a cook so if you want to eat at home you need to bring your own stuff and cook yourself having said that It is good for people staying there for a longer duration and even for people staying there for shorter duration it is not a deal breaker because anyway you would be eating outside.
