"Nous nous attendions à mieux"

Le personnel est super et agréable. Toujours prêt à rendre service, particulièrement Anna. L’emplacement est top également.

Rapport qualité prix décevant : - mauvaise literie (pour un 4 étoile) - ménage approximatif dans la chambre (pas mal de poussière à certains endroits) - manque d’aération dans la salle de bain (ce qui crée des mauvaises odeurs dans toute la chambre)

Une des réceptionnistes m’a accusée de fumer dans la chambre alors que la chambre a des détecteurs de fumée, je voyageais seule avec mes deux enfants en bas âge et le plus important, je ne fume pas, quelle désagréable expérience de se faire accuser ainsi
