"If you want to see Port Said itself, then this is not a good option."

The resort is nice, chalet is well furnished the host is approachable and kind.

Location on booking is misleading. It shows as close to downtown Port Said while it is 30 minutes away to the west of Port Said. The road there is too dark at night.

منتجع بورتو سعيد نظيف ومنظم

الموقع المذكور مخادع ومخالف للواقع حيث ذكر انه على بعد 3 كيلو من مركز المدينة ولكن الواقع انه خارج مدينة بورسعيد سعيد على بعد 24 كيلو وصور الغرف والتراس غير حقيقية والخدمات والمطاعم في القرية قليلة والاسم مختلف في الحقيقة هو بورتو سعيد

"Dont book with them… they are scammers"

After booking, they informed that families only allowed. And in the website nothing as such mentioned. Therefore, I asked for a refund. They said that there will be a deduction which is basically platform fees and bank transfer fees, which I denied. Why should I loose money for not my mistake. And till date my refund is not processed. Everyday that come up with some or the other excuses so not to pay back my money. Disgusting customer care and they are nothing but scammers
