Uns hat an der Unterkunft echt alles gefallen. Es war eine so schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Kühlschrank mit Kühlfach und einer kleinen Spülmaschine. Der Gastgeber hat an alles gedacht du hast sogar Kaffee vor Ort. Man kann sich selber was kochen wenn man möchte. Wir haben vorwiegend die Zeit am Pool verbracht. Die Aussicht ist echt unglaublich schön. Wir haben uns in die kleine Unterkunft verliebt. Ich mag das offene Wohnzimmer mit der Küche und den Panoramablick über Oliva. Wir würden immer wieder zurückkommen und haben unsere Zeit vor Ort sehr genossen. Man ist abgeschottet von den Geräuschen der Stadt, ein kleiner wohlfühl Ort eine Oase der Ruhe. Wir waren zehn Tage vor Ort, und zweimal kamen auch extra jemand, um den Pool zu säubern. Es wurde an alles gedacht der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und war für jede Frage die wir hatten stets parat. Man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause.

Es gab nichts, was uns an der Unterkunft nicht gefallen hat. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, länger dortbleiben zu können. Nun ist unser Urlaub zu Ende und wir vermissen schon die Aussicht.

My stay at the villa was absolutely amazing. Luis was probably the best host I’ve ever had. We were in constant communication even well before I arrived, and he was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had—especially about taxis, which I was quite worried about since I don’t drive. The villa itself was even better than expected—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you’d need to live comfortably. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and felt completely at ease throughout my stay. Thank you so much, Luis, for making this experience so smooth and memorable. Villa has everything you could need. The view from it is very beautiful. Check-in is simple. We have visited many villas, so I recommend this one to everyone. 👍

A good, comfortable and well equipped house, with a beautiful view on the seaside from Gandia to Oliva and an enjoyable swimming pool. I appreciated in particular the care to the customer with all accessory in the kitchen equipped among other things of a large doses of capsula coffee.

House is located in a hill with other houses/Villas close and higher so there is no too much privacy. The access to the house with a steep climb is not easy particular for elderly people. Then some suggestions to the owner in order to make the house more comfortable for the guest are: 1) to equip the swimming pool area with 2 sunbeds (I mean those you can stay lying on the back) . 2) adding in the bathroom a shower box in addition to the bath tube that’s not so comfortable in doing shower.

The location had spectacular views and attractive outside space The accommodation was very fresh, comfortable and clean.

The entire visit was ruined by the terrible smell coming from the drains. After the first day we could not sit outside to eat as the smell was so strong. We informed the host who did not help. Perhaps this smell was coming from the building work which is going on directly behind this property. You have to drive everywhere up and down very steep roads with many hairpin bends. The bath - while very attractive was too deep to get in and out of comfortably. I really struggled. The property desperately needs a shower in the bathroom.

As soon as we arrived Neighbors had put WiFi Camera directed on us and filming all family without our permission all the stay. This is most disappointed thing at this villa.

There is not much sunshine on the terrace but it was November and the sun was low. There is no freestanding shower which could be a problem for some. The driveway is very steep.
