Le studio est parfaitement équipé, il est propre et joliment décoré . Le petit balcon est suffisant et donne sur le joli parc Il est également très bien situé avec supérettes à proximité, la gare de train à 15mn, des bus à 100m qui desservent plein de destinations et enfin 15mn de la plage

L'insonorisation ! Normal avec ce type de construction mais cetait vraiment pénible. Le hall de l'immeuble résonne énormément, les portes claquent et malheureusement certaines personnes sont irrespectueuses à toute heure de la nuit. J'ai donc dormi avec les boules quies

There was nothing I didn’t like

El apartamento está muy bien, limpio, moderno y cómodo, con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Destaca lo cuidado que está en comparación con el resto del edificio e instalaciones, que se ven más anticuadas.

Como puntos negativos, el edificio y las zonas comunes necesitan una actualización. La piscina, aunque muy grande, estaba bastante descuidada y con poca limpieza. Además, se escuchaban bastantes ruidos entre habitaciones y del pasillo.

We loved everything. Nothing we could fault! My two children were always happy and so were mum and dad. The property was spotlessly clean on arrival, the owner has put a lot of thought into amenities for her guests. Ie a coffee machine, with pods! The beds were very comfy and amazing air con! The shower was lovely too. We enjoyed the space of the apartment, we felt it was a good size for us 4. The television had enough English Channels for us every night we found something to watch. We really enjoyed the balcony! Loved the artificial grass and decor, very homely! I read some guests weren’t happy about having the sun all evening, we loved it! There are sooooo many gorgeous restaurants and nice bars in the area. Take a look on trip adviser you may be surprised how close they are! I agree that the beach is hilly back up, but not a problem for us as just get a taxi if we are too tired to walk. The pool was a favourite of my children’s aged 7 and 11. Slides too! My youngest has only recently just learnt how to swim and was fine in the pool. Supervised of course as yes some parts are very deep, but, they are 2 pools very shallow for children! I can honestly say we will be booking this same apartment again when we return to Benalmadena. Thank you so much!! We didn’t want to leave!!

La salida es demasiado temprano.

Estaba todo super limpio y ordenado , no le faltaba detalle , champú , acondicionador , gel , secador , L a platos , plancha , sillas para la playa , me encantó lo bien que lo tenía decorado , muy acogedora la estancia volveré seguro y la ubicación excelente el personal también

No me gustó que no está insonorizado y se escucha mucho ruido de las habitaciones de alado y los pasillos , también. La cortina cuando amanece no quita la luz , y la ventana de la cocina creo que debería tener otra cortina ya que la luz del pasillo está encendida siempre y de noche molesta
