There was no hot water when we arrived in the evening. The shower hose/head could be upgraded .

That we had everything in room needs a strong powerful shower head

Friendly staff and could leave our things there and come bk for them

The bed was clean, very comfy and smelt very nice. The room was nice & big with a good size TV.

The floor could do with hoovering better and the the shower could be hotter as it was only lukewarm plus the internet isn't high speed as it's all over the place and not stable. The bin needs to be emptied.

Let’s keep this simple. If you want a cheap bed for the night then £27 is fine, but keep expectations low. Location 5 mins walk from Blackpool North, 10 mins walk to the beach at Central Pier.

Overall: photos accuracy - 3/10. Pictures don’t look like the room at all. Rooms dated, dirty, badly finished, basic features. When I arrived broken toilet, off wall, seat broken, no lampshades, not even a side table lamp, holes, chips, dents, just dated and beaten up. The website is a lie! Location: 8/10 - Close to station and Central pier. Cleanliness - 4/10 - Poor. Shower dirty, toilet broken, walls dirty, stained, damaged, hairs all Over the bed, carpets, just so, so poor! Saw a squashed moth on the wall, curtains didn’t cover whole window so light came pouring in at 04:45 each morning. Shower wouldn’t drain water so it was flooding at one point… So much more…. Other comments: Says super fast WIFI, but never given code and couldn’t use it. Owners were told about broken toilet seat, yet didn’t fix it the two days I was there. Every day I walked in I smelt such a strong smell Of food it made me feel unwell. Could hear noisy residents coming and going Didn’t ask if I wanted breakfast, and tbh I didn’t want to eat food there if those were the standards.. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. If you want a bed for night, cheap, clean many nicer places about. It was so bad after one night I looked at leaving a day early, but couldn’t get another room close by for less than £150. Avoid this place, horrendous.

Honestly I don't like anything. No facilities at all in the entire property. Only thing is near to sea life

There was no cupboards , not enough space in the room , no soap tray, only got 2 toilet rolls , hand wash used by someone else and half bottle, toilet was not cleaned well, no air freshener , room was smelly and carpets are not cleaned hairs everywhere. On the last day they intentionally switched off the heater main, it was raining and cold I can't control the heater is already they turned off.

The room was very clean and the bed was absolutely brilliant. So comfortable and very similar to a premier inn bed. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book in the future. Great location too!
