Lovely flat. Really great location, easy walking distance to the city centre.

Our only issue with our stay was the hot water. When we came back in the evening, there wasn't any hot water. As detailed in the book, there is a 'boost' button, however this takes an hour to heat the water up, so this caught us off guard as we didn't expect to run out of hot water as we hadn't used much earlier in the day.

Great location, very close to the station, and 15 mins from the town centre. Good selection ion restaurants closely, and very easy to find.

It wasn't clear how the hot water worked, and the bed could've been comfier. The layout of the kitchen made cooking slightly difficult.

Very clean and great facilities Will book again

The location is accessible to the train station and not too far from the city center. The apartment is clean and complete with amenities. We liked that we had a bottle of Prosecco since it was my birthday.

Something smells weird in the bathroom though it looks clean.

The property was well located for our requirements. The security of the property was very good. The property was well equipped to meet the needs of our stay. There was a bonus of a welcoming bottle of Prosecco in the fridge.

Being woken by somebody trying to access the property using the security system and calling our apartment at just after midnight on Monday morning 5 Aug..

Handy for city centre and train station, lots of bars and restaurants nearby

Only one very small window at the end which made it a very dark place.

Great apartment. Clean and close to the station and just a short walk into town.

Such a brilliant property, a short walk away from the train station. It was incredibly clean and well-decorated. We stayed for my birthday weekend and we were within walking distance of all of the attractions in York. The bottle of prosecco left for us in the apartment was a huge bonus!
