"Estancia comoda y agradable."

Alojamiento muy equipado y muy comodo.

A mi gusto faltaba aire acondicionado todo y que tiene ventiladores en el techo, ahora en la temporada de verano se agradece el aire acondicionado.

Great location, very quite and peaceful stay Roman was on hand and answered all questions very quickly

Nothing really bad to say possibly a darker curtain I bedroom area but I’m been really picky here

"Le falta una buena actualizacion y limpieza de mobiliario"

La ubicación tranquila, el parking y la fácil comunicación con el propietario.

La falta de mantenimiento de todo el mobiliario: armarios rotos, cama rota, falta de vajilla, luces sin bombilla o q no funcionan, cortinas y falta de limpieza general y sobre todo la del sofa. Un cambio total de mobiliario lo haría más agradable

"Kwa prijs oke. Kwa zoekactie en booking.com minimaal."

Bedden waren redelijk. Het was netjes kwa de prijs.

Was bij ons niet mogelijk om via de ontvangen link binnen te komen. Drie maal contact gehad met contactpersoon. Uit eindelijk via via kregen we een sleutel. Op booking.com gezocht naar appartement met parkeerplaats ivm fysieke beperking (invalide kaart) . Dit zou volgens booking.com bij deze mogelijk zijn. Dat is dus echt niet zo. Moet een behoorlijk stuk lopen naar een plek. Dit was erg afzien.

La atención de Román, la situación, la calefacción, la cama, la limpieza... Todo perfecto. El parking está a unos 10 minutos caminando porque el apartamento está en una zona peatonal a la que no se puede acceder en coche

"Lloret de Mar+ Roman = unverzichtbar"

Die Bilder stimmen überein mit der Wohnung , wie wir diese vorgefunden haben. Der Kontakt mit Roman ist hervorragend. Wir haben uns keine Minute gesehen,aber wir haben stets das Gefühl gehabt, daß Roman für uns immer da ist. Die Wohnung war sauber. Die Lage ist Top. Eine Querstraße von allen Geschäften und Restaurants. Die 2 Querstraße ist man quasi am Strand. Wir kamen mit einem Leihwagen und Roman hat für uns ein Tiefgaragenplatz 10 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt für nur 10€ pro Tag besorgt. Ich kann diese Wohnung bei 3 Personen wärmstens empfehlen und vor allem die Gastfreundschaft von Roman die hervorragend ist. Sollten wir wieder nach Lloret de Mar kommen,so werden wir wieder die gleiche Wohnung buchen.
