Situated in a quiet area of the park with no through traffic. Ideal due to being all on one level which was required at this time.

Wow! This property is the epitome of home from home, so comfortable and everything you could possibly need. I travelled with my 2 children and we loved coming back here at the end of each day. Nice quiet part of the park and a short walk to the pub/arcades on site and 5 min drive to Mablethorpe beach. Communication from owner was also excellent.

Found by chance when searching booking.com it sounded too good to be true! When we arrived we were amazed, this property is well above expectations and is situated on a beautiful park in probably the best location. A large, very well equipped and welcoming home from home with tons of extras that you wouldn’t normally expect for the modest price we paid. Spotlessly clean with high quality fittings, furniture and bedding and everything you’ll need for a wonderful break

The only bad thing we found was having to leave at the end of our stay! Will definitely be back. Many thanks to our extremely helpful host; Shirley.
