False advertisement had spent just £30 arriving at property then a further £22 there and back was to collect the keys from b1 appalling service misguided false advertisement

Nothing too loud and noisey. Disturbed sleep, left a day early so missed out on 1 night of hotel, its the worse place I've stayed and please do not use if your in the city for business.

It was clean and very nice

The location was ok close to shops and not too far from Birmingham city center by driving or taxi

I forgot to mention this in my initial review: The key pick-up and drop-off process is quite inconvenient. The keys have to be collected and returned at a location about a 5-minute drive from the apartment. If you don’t drive, it’s a 15-20 minute walk, so keep this in mind when booking. Additionally, the directions provided to locate the entrance to the building were unclear. They sent a picture for reference, but since many buildings in the area look similar, it took us a while to find the right entrance. We did call the company, and they were responsive and helpful on the phone. The only positive aspect of the stay was that the company always answered calls promptly. While it did take time to resolve issues, at least they were available and willing to assist.
