Poor quality furniture. The nastiest beds and bedding money can buy. Mattresses you find in a skip would be better. Various safety issues: no heat detector in kitchen. No mains powered interlinked smoke alarms. A single battery powered one in the lounge. Nothing in any hallways. No carbon monoxide detection in the kitchen where there’s a gas boiler and gas hob. Fuse beneath boiler not secured with exposed live wires on display. Very run down…. Yes it’s cheap. But beggars belief how anybody could provide a positive review of this hovel.

When I arrived home the back door key was left and I was asked to use the back door to get in and out when locked. There was no key for the front door which made me walk around the house to get in and open or close the house with a key. The neighbour has a dog that barks when we go in and out from the back door because the back garden is connected to the two houses and this causes inconvenience. The same neighbour also parks his car in front of the house which prevents me from parking my car in the driveway. I told him that he is blocking my parking space and he started arguing with me and said that this is not a drive way parking but a front garden of the house and this causes inconvenience.
GBA lovely, comfortable house, with plenty of space for 5 of us. We particularly enjoyed setting the sofa bed up, putting our pj's on, and having a night in with a film and some mulled wine! It's a really short walk to the bus stop (about 2-3 minutes), with 2 buses that come regularly so super easy to get into the centre. We had a member of the guest relations team check in regularly too!
The outside/area doesn't look amazing, but you don't notice once you're inside!
