A localização e acesso à habitação é facil. Tem um mini mercado carrefour a 20m. Farmácia e restaurantes muito perto.
O pavimento da habitação não era dos melhores. Podia ter mais limpeza. E a porta da entrada merecia umas cortinas para tapar luz. Uma vez que se trata de R/C. Por fim, a cozinha devia ter mais utensílios.
