1253 The Blyde Crystal Clear 3 Bedroom Garden Apartment

Given a map, and rules, on time, on our arrival we had to go around searching for the lagoon, and when we arrived we were told we only have 30 minutes left, and we can't even come back on our check out day 😭

The house was beautiful,the 3 bedroom house accommodated 3 adults well.

Geyser was not working well,kettle was not working at all.

There's too much space in the apartment and it's clean

Knocking at night by strangers

The space was very comfortable kid friendly and I was please with the privacy.

It took for ever for us to handle the key issue I called every available source given but I got help after an hour sitting outside and had to ask the neighbours we bearly knew for kids to use the bathroom..our host did not answer the WhatsApp and calls untill the next day at 11:00 midday so that nearly dampen our spirit for the venue but maintenance when we finally got hold of them manage to help us.but the fact that even the office couldn't help us that was dissappointing.no one knew anything about the place they work in that was weird and scary at the same time.and the fact that on our last day the tv was off as if it was e demand to get out we couldn't even eat breakfast because it felt like we were being chased away,kids couldn't go swim for the last time and it felt like we paid for 1 day because on arrival we locked out as well.and house keeper left towels forgot towels in the machine which when we got in the was a lil stinch but we didn't mind because the room was clean...

Didn't have towels, no iron, the property wasn't clean it showed dat dey just wiped the floor. It wasnt ready yet by the checkin time. The cleaner came after we checked in to bring mop. The bathroom mat were outside not inside the apartment. On the day of the check out the cleaners came before we check out about 4 of them they just came in before the checkout time. They took the teabag and milk while we were still there.
