No 1 The Paddock - Spacious holiday home with a hot tub

Well spacious with 4 bedrooms. EV charger was a massive plus for us and helped plan trip around Bude and Cornwall. Modern build and every amenity of a home available at this property.

A bit too pricey given the late checkin on day 1 and early checkout on last day. It’s probably the norm around this place with cleaning, etc taken into consideration. The door locks and knobs on the bedroom door needs a bit more maintenance but otherwise no other problems. A bit too modern for us and requires getting used to the thermostat and the utilities in the house.

The property is beautiful; wonderfully clean with all the amenities you need.

I would say more storage space in the bathrooms (particularly the en suite)

The house was modern, very nicely furnished and had everything we needed.

The location lets it down really being in the holiday park albeit behind the gate. Unsure what it will be like when the building is finished.
