Prospect Cottage, The Bay, balcony, 2 bedrooms, patio, parking nearby, 2 dogs welcome

Love the location .close to beach and places to visit .been to the bay a few times great that we can bring the dog along .It always helps if the weather is fine 🙂

The property was fantastic. A really clean house with modern furnishings, a great balcony, comfortable settee and beds, a great patio area with a terrific courtyard for the kids to play, and a well equipped kitchen.

The property itself was great. The facilities on site weren’t terrific. The leisure centre opens twice per day, but you can’t book it. On the first day we arrived at the pool shortly after 9.30am and it was already full. They told us to return at 9.30am the next day. We did exactly that (arriving literally as the clock hit 9.30, the opening time), but they’d opened (presumably a minute or two early) and said it was full again. They don’t take bookings so our only option was to wait for an hour and hope someone came out. We decided to give up and did something else. The leisure centre really ought to take bookings to avoid this. Also, the gym has no junior sessions - over 16s only. Obviously none of this relates to the property directly, which was amazing. Our host gave lots of great information. The courtyard was a real bonus for the kids, and we absolutely loved our stay. We’d definitely stay again, though we’d plan not to use the leisure centre.

Loved the balcony off the bedroom and great location. The property had everything we needed for a lovely wk end.

Well equipped house with everything you need, very comfortable had a home feeling about it also very clean. My two dogs loved there stay also 🥰

Nice amount of space for 4 people and 2 dogs

Tight for parking, no shower (only shower head over bath) or en-suite, heating fluctuated a lot from cold to boiling, so was constantly having to adjust it!
