Spacious retro 3-bedroom home 130m2 in Zadar, Puntamika Borik beach area

Very good value for money basic, but all worked well. I had a wonderful time in zadar. The host was very helpful.

The rooms are big and comfortable, location is great close to Zadar and beach. The apartment is equipped with all cooking stuff. We felt good there

Washing machine because of kids bringing dirty clothes

It is better to have two small air condition rather than 1 big in the living room which only cools dining area and kitchen because it has no effect on bedrooms. It would be more cost effective for electricity bill if 2 small AC are in the bed room which are on left when you enter. typically tourist don't spend daytime in living room. They come home in the evening and cook something which they eat and later on sleep with short stay in living room. Perhaps with digital card base door lock you can ensure the AC is Switch off automatically when the guest is leaving the apartment.

The hosts were very friendly. Great communication before and upon arrival. The apartment is lovely and has everything you need. Some people complained about not having air conditioning in the rooms. We didn't switch on the air con in living room, and just opened the windows at night. There was a nice breeze throughout the apartment which allowed us to sleep very well. The bed in the big double bedroom is so comfy it was difficult to get up in the morning. Essential toiletries in the bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is well situated, you can easily walk to Puntamika beach. You must take your car to go Zadar Old Town, but as it's easy to park there, that is not a problem. The terrace is great for meals. We will definitely be back.
