The person-in-charge was very helpful and friendly. The house was perfect, everything was 100% good. The location was ideal.

The swimming pool seems dirty, a lot of debris at the bottom of the pool.

On the property facility: It just next to Lost world and there's a convenient shop 'Bila bila mart' downstairs (at the back, next to Sunway gallery) that operates from 7am - 12am daily with a wide range of items available to shop and there's also a space for you to sit down & have a quick bite. On the property: Staff provided QR code on that day before check-in, together with clear instructions. The check-in process is smooth. Unit facing Lost world, you can enjot the nice view on day & night time. Simple facility provided. Water dispenser available, no worry for getting hot water all time.

1) low water pressure for both the bathroom, making it difficult to have a good control to the water temperature. No water pressure to the kitchen. 2) There's a cockroach found in the fridge 3) The plastic chairs places at the balcony have broken, due to exposure to the sun and guess the property management have overlooked to do a timely check & removed it.

Die Lage war hervorragend und die Ausstattung war überwiegend sehr gut.

Es hätte sauberer sein können (Wände, Bäder) und es wäre nett gewesen wenn man wirklich Early-Check-In anbietet und nicht nur so tut.
