Quite a lot of steps, which wasn’t a problem for 3 of us but my dad is a bit unsteady,although he managed.

GBThe location was right on the front overlooking the sea - which for us was perfect. The decor and facilities were superb - the kitchen well equipped, roomy and powerful showers, comfortable sitting room. Lovely beds, very clean and very secure. Plus the hosts were extremely helpful. I always think you can judge customer service best when something goes wrong and in our case there was an issue with some barking dogs left in a nearby apartment. (the apartment we were in was quiet it was outside in the corridor it could be heard) We were concerned that it would be reported as ours so I contacted the hosts. They immediately investigated and got the issue resolved, responding to my report and kept us updated. This was late on a Saturday night I really couldn't have asked for better response and service. I can 100% recommend a stay here. It is a beautiful, well appointed and spacious apartment. The park is a short walk away (7 minutes), there is also a nice cafe and a fish and chip shop yards away. You can get a bus or the land train from the park all the way to the main car park near the pier if you don't want to walk.
There is nothing we didn't like. Be aware that the doors are heavy and there were steps to access the property and we had two flights of stairs into the apartment we stayed in. I only mention this in case of mobility issues as it resulted in a stunning view over Morecambe Bay which is well worth the flights of stairs.

Washing machine and dryer in the basement,the front door code seems to stop working after 9pm ? Thankfully I had a work colleague in the building to let me gain entry
GBStunning view! When you don't live by the sea it's lovely having it across the road while staying in a modern spacious apartment. Crabbing pool and a lovely sandy bit to sit right outside. When the tide is out it's great to explore. Walking to town centre isn't far, people and other dog owners friendly. Bare has great places to eat and drink also if you didn't want to go into town. We loved it here. And the kids loved that there was Netflix in the apartment.
