Location is great. Close to downtown as well as easy access to all other parts of the city. Split levels in the home made it easy to spread out while there. Stocked well with whatever we needed. Garage parking is a bonus as well.

Close to highway that could be noisy at times.

It would have been nice to have some extra sheets and blankets. The only TV that worked was in the living room on the main floor and there are no TVs in the bedroom which would be fine but the TV on the third floor did not work. The stairs are a lot. I had booked back in the spring and unfortunately one of the family members were injured and using a walker and a wheelchair so this place is definitely not equipped for someone with a disability. The place was clean and adequately stocked as far as pots and pans for cooking but one cookie sheet was rusted and nasty. The third floor gets pretty hot even though they have an AC unit sitting on the floor It still gets hot in the day because it faces the rooftop deck and the Sun. Although you do have quite a good view of downtown Nashville from the rooftop deck, it is noisy because it's right by the freeway. The rooftop deck is nice to sit in the evenings after the sun goes down as long as you can climb lots of steps.

More sheets blankets and towels would be nice. There's at least 40 steps from the first floor to the third floor plus steps to get into the garage and steps to get into the front door. We didn't feel too safe because the front door had been kicked in before and just a board placed on the back of it. It's noisy due to the location right near the freeway and I wouldn't suggest it for anyone that has trouble going up and down steps because all bedrooms are on the second floor and the third floor has three futons that are uncomfortable and the room gets hot during the day.

The front door which is made of glass had a missing pane on the bottom which was replaced by some kind of clear acrylic, the door also doesn’t have a complete seal to close but the door still locks, the ac didn’t work on the second floor and was not working properly until the second day after they had someone fix it
