Lbtie Lodge with Two Private Hot Tubs - Fife - Loch Leven - Lomond Hills

The house is beautiful, perfect for a large group. The hot tubs were fab! Beds were very comfy and staf were helpful. Overall a lovely place to stay.

The hoover didn't work, a dustpan and brush wouldn't go a miss and the kitchen utensils could do with updating. There weren't enough champagne flutes for all 12 people in the house to have one each, no oven trays either. And the oven and showers weren't very hot. But we had a lovely time and made do with what was there.

Th size and location

Cleanliness - walls were dirty as was the shower rooms. The area at hot tub was filthy. WiFi is poor and the TV is not programmed whatsoever.

Didn't really like much except it would be a really great place if it was actually clean and updated as it's very dated

Few repair issues and safety issues and when we arrived there was a dead Robin in the lounge, the place wasn't very clean and this should not be the case when you're paying for a service. There was nails sticking out the door bars, a broken towel rail lying on the floor, a crusty toe nail, crumbs and confetti in lounge, along with dead spiders etc and bad cob webs on lampshades. This is not acceptable for paying nearly £2,000!

We had a fantastic stay at the lodge. Everything was perfect.

Hoover didn't work. No dust pan or brush. Everything else was spot on couldn't fault it
