2B equipped basement chalet with 2 beds pool view green beach villa 114b

Nothing but the air conditioning and the beach. The experience was shocking. We stayed at our friends for the whole stay.

The bathroom had no ventilation at all, and the room smelled very bad because it had bad ventilation. Every time we went out and were back, the smell was awful. The fridge was not working, only the freezer!. Wall paint is fresh, but it was a total mess. The water heater was leaking, and I had to turn off the water every time. We couldn't go to the pool and the aqua because i had to get a subscription cards, when i asked the one responsible for the property, he told me that he will try to get them, but he didn't, and he said that he should pay 800 EGP for each card and it's too much!!!! The room was full of flies when we first entered. The so-called "private pool" was not clean. We didn't try to go in and not private at all! It's shared with many other chalets. Electricity hazard in the connections of the TV. Also, the kitshen is messy, the water filter was clogged, and the electric heater was rusty. We were lucky we had friends to stay with and dont use this awful room.
