Espectacular Loft Piscina y Terraza - Roig Arena - Las Ciencias - Ruzafa - Valencia Centro

Il loft è nuovissimo, stupendo e confortevole, sito in una zona residenziale tranquilla di fronte allo stadio Rojg Arena. Arredato squisitamente con gusto e pulitissimo. è dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare, lavare, stirare ecc. con tv sia in soggiorno che in camera. Letto molto comodo. Alejandro, gentilissimo, ci ha permesso di entrare in anticipo e ci ha fatto torvare acqua e frutta. A 8-10 min dal bus e metro che portano al mare, al centro e alla vicinissima città della scienza/Oceanografico.

per la spesa ci si deve oragnizzare, perché gli alimentari/supermercati sono un pò distanti (ca 10-15 min a piedi)

La ubicación muy cerca del Oceanografic. Pudimos aparcar en la calle. La zona es tranquila. Al lado del Roig Arena. Muy bien comunicado línea 10 de metro con el centro de Valencia en 10 minutos. Muy limpio y nuevo.

Sehr modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Komfortables Bett, Sofabett ist auch ordentlich. Sehr vollständig, mit Kaffeekapseln zum Starten, Waschpulver, Spülmittel. Schöne Dusche. Cooles Schliessystem, gut gelegen. Sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Gerne wieder.

Dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten 😉.

La disponibilité d'Alejandro et Sara est un réel plus ! l'appartement est décoré avec gout et contient tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour.

Loft es espectacularmente nuevo, limpio y con todas las comodidades de un hogar. Mi familia y yo nos sentimos como en casa. La Piscina es un añadido genial para los niños y los días de calor, como nos tocó en julio. La ubicación es genial, hay un centro comercial muy cerca para hacer la compra. Puedes ir andando al Oceanografico, Ciutat de la ciencia. Muy bien comunicado, el servicio de transporte público es maravilloso. Y los anfitriones son una maravilla, súper atentos, nos han facilitado la estancia.

We had a fabulous stay in this apartment. The apartment has everything you need, it was spotless and its very modern with lots of storage etc. It is located very close to the Carrefour shopping centre, the Oceanografic aquarium ( a must see) and the Arts and Science building. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. We visited Malcom and Barrett during our stay- the food and cocktails were delicious. Finally, the host was so accommodating and communication before and during our stay was excellent. He facilitated an early check-in as the apartment was ready and he held our bags on departure. There was bananas and breadsticks waiting for us on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The pool area was very clean. It has two pools; a large pool and a baby pool which was great. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We were a little surprised that there was no sun loungers beside the pool.

Everything what you need was there from cleaning stuff to beach devices.

Its not a problem of the apartment, but there is a big construction nearby and its a bit noisy during the day

A well decorated loft apartment with all amenities. Everything required for our stay was to hand. The apartment is spotless, secure and comfortable. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest tram stop and just as close to a large shopping mall. It is a few stops from Valencia Nord from where you can explore Valencia. Pool, gym and a small playground which we found very useful on site too. We used the apartment as our base to see Bioparc, Hemispheric, Oceanografic and more. I would highly recommend the apartment and the host was extremely aaccommodating, easy to communicate with and arranged a travel cot and high chair etc for us on request.
