Gesamtes Grundstück groß und üppig bepflanzt, Pool, Poolhaus und Haus selbst prima, wenn auch einfach eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Ruhig gelegen, aber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt.

Küchenausstatung ist sehr einfach und ein Geschirrtuch sowie 1 Spülmaschinen-Tab sind lächerlich. Es fehlen Müllsäcke, Küchenpapier,Geschirrspülmittel, Schwämme, etc. Man muss leider alles kaufen und das in Mengen, die man niemals in der Zeit verbrauchen wird. Zudem sind keinerlei Gewürze vorhanden, nicht mal Salz und Pfeffer. Auch auf Nachfrage wurde nichts ergänzt. Das ist angesichts des stattlichen Preises nicht akzeptabel.
