"Tucked away hidden gem, excellently located."

Really well located. Just off the main village square, short drive to Redcar or Saltburn.

The mattress in the big bedroom (and I mean big-it’s obscene haha) you can feel the springs. Literally everything else was spot on.

Location and the cottage apartment was lovely

No garden let it down and the bed was to hard for me l suffer with back problems but that wouldn't stop us going again.

Accommodation was home from home, had everything you needed, clean and central for amenities, short walk to the beech. Perfect for visiting surrounding resorts/attractions.

Struggled a bit with the beds, not that comfy, but not a deal breaker.
