The inner house looked good, beds were comfortable

The apartment is in the third floor without an elevator, and the stairs are not comfortable. The area unpleasant , the railing is too low, feels unsafe and due to small space between the railing and the building, also the air condition worked bad

Yes great location for our stay in Milan with the metro station, pizzeria and bakery in walking distance!

Climbing 3 flights of stairs with all our luggage was not fun, and the parking on the street is limited…the main doors did not open both sides so we had to squeeze through one side!

The hotel is terrible. 1. I booked a queen bed, but the room actually had two single beds pushed together. 2. The front gate on the first floor was broken, and the key they gave me didn’t work. As a result, I was locked outside for an hour. On the second night, the man put the key in the key box but didn’t inform me. I had to call him multiple times to find out where it was. 3. Bad attitude – when I checked in, there was only one roll of toilet paper in the room. I ran out on the fourth night (I stayed for five nights). When I asked the man in charge for more, he said, “We’re not a hotel.” That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. 4. The location is also very far from the city center.

The house is immaculate, absolutely beautiful, clean comfortable and secure. Close to public transport, restaurants, supermarkets and parks. Very beautifully presented

The apartment could be improved very easy by adding some essentials which most people require when traveling but don't bring specially if doing an airport connection. There is a coffee machine but no coffee no sugar, no oil. A washing machine, but no detergent. Also would be helpful to leave paper towel for cleaning, a hair dryer (specially for WINTER) even shower gel was missing. These are things most appreciate and expect. When staying for 1 night or 2 nights it's a bit ridiculous to be expected to bring these things. Also if you expect guests to clean before leaving, you must supply the guests with the equipment. With the prices of the nightly stay and comparing with other apartments and experiences in Milan we were disappointed that these things weren't supplied. Also with self check in, when links are sent to guests they should be controlled that they work. We were left outside the apartment at 11pm with three children under 4 because our check in link opened a 404 error site.

Although the flat in not in the centre of the city, the transport is nice, easy, available, no problem whatsoever. 25min walk from the flat, you have multiple bike stations (use Bike Me) which I highly recommend (I always cycle in Milan). There is a supermarket 5 min away, the surrounding is lovely, neighbours are great. The flat was super clean and the cleaning lady was extraordinarily nice. Our apartment was warm, beds, incl. sofa super comfortable. The clear instructions received from the management. The flat has basic dishes available, the kettle could be provided, we used a pot. Other than that all was great. I'm coming back to Milan in January and I will be searching for accommodation with Alessia's again.
