ロケーション：ワイキキど真ん中であり、利便性は最高でした。 チェックイン：少し早めに到着しましたが、ホームページに記載もある通り近くのカードラウンジに荷物を預けられるので、あまり不自由は感じませんでした。チェックインの方法も動画で案内もあったため特に困ることはありませんでした。 部屋：広くて、家族4人でのんびり過ごすことができました。 プール：少し小さいですがきれいで快適でした。朝から夜まで入れるので、空いている時間はプールで過ごすことができました。 ランドリー：たくさんあるので使えないということはなく、ありがったかったです。また、両替もセキュリティで対応してくれるので助かりました。

ソファーベッド：展開するのに少々コツがいるのと、掃除が全然されておらず、そのまま寝たら厳しそうだったため、備え付けの掃除機でかなり念入りに掃除しました。 BBQ：共用のBBQグリルが3台あるのですが、1台しか利用できず、しかも別の方との合同利用でした。 エアコン：ドレン水をバケツに溜める仕様でしたが、何も説明がなかったので注意が必要です。 窓：エアコン上部の窓が構造上ありません。ただし、高層階なので虫が入ってくることはありませんでした。

Room excellent big fridge, kitchenette great if do not want to eat out, need a pop up toaster, beds comfortable also there was no plug for sink to wash up, balcony great recommend room 2309.

The only fault is the blinds in room to sheer does not keep light out otherwise excellent.
