"Einfache Wohnung mit schönem Terassenblick"

Gefallen hat uns der wunderbare Blick von der Terrasse auf den See. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, da es sehr ruhig und das Bett bequem ist. Die Dusche ist neu und sehr angenehm. Und Fulvio extrem freundlich. Direkt an der Unterkunft beginnt der steile Fußweg abwärts zur Straße mit Busverbindungen in beide Richtungen und zum kleinen Hafen mit Schiffsverbindungen ebenfalls in beide Richtungen und Ministrand. Man läuft ca 10 Minuten.

Erst einmal ist wichtig zu wissen, dass die Wohnung keinen Blick zum See hat, nur zum Hinterhof. Das klingt anders in der Beschreibung. Das Navi führt einen in die engen Gassen von Limonta. Vorsicht, diese sind zu eng selbst für einen Kleinwagen. Man parkt oben im Dorfkern, was die das Aus- und Einladen von Gepäck anstrengend macht. Zum Einkaufen muss man nach Bellagio. Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach, wenig gemütlich und minimal ausgestattet. Es gibt das Geschirr max. viermal (4 Teller, 4 Gläser, 2 große Tassen ...), nur drei Töpfe etc. Extras wie Gemüseschäler, Tablet oder Eierbecher sind nicht vorhanden, dafür viele leere Schränke. Immer wieder hatten wir Gasgeruch beim Kochen, was wir sehr unangenehm fanden. Dafür fanden wir den Preis deutlich zu hoch..

Très bel emplacement avec vue imprenable sur le lac depuis la terrasse. Fulvio est un hôte très sympathique et serviable. Je recommande cet endroit pour votre séjour au lac de Côme. Bien desservi par les bus également pour se rendre à Mennaggio ou Lecco (train pour Milan) ce qui est très appréciable au vue des difficultés pour se déplacer /se garer en voiture .

Difficultés pour se garer à Limonta mais Fulvio nous a trouvé des solutions.

I would like to thank Fulvio and Andreia for their warm welcome and all the help given! They are so kind and extremely helpful. They even gave us a lift to the train station when we lost the bus on our way to the airport and thanks to them we made it on time. Can't thank them enough and forever grateful. The appartment was clean and very comfortable! Beautiful views of the lake from the appartment also. Highly recommend! Will definately be back :)
