Excellent! I loved everything about the property. The beds were comfortable and the sofa bed very spacious and cosy, perfect for relaxation. Big table perfect for 4 even 5 if needed. Rooms had very nice decor. The place is quiet and well kept. Kitchen very well equipment, we found everything we needed. Beautiful views!!! And we loved the access to the swimming pool, especially the little one 😁 People we meet were polite and friendly.

Excellent little house on the cliff, view of the sea from the balcony over the bungalows. Very well equipped with everything one might need. Pool for free on site. Convenient location to explore Suffolk.

Excellent property. Clean and spacious, lots of facilities. Beautiful location with a view of the sea. This is a great place for a family holiday. I highly recommend and would happily stay again.

Nicely laid out. Well equipped kitchen. Owners had kindly put the heating on ready for our arrival. Pool was great. Lovely and warm in February.

It would have been useful to have more cleaning cloths and some washing up liquid.

Clean, decorated well, good furnishings

Little bit chilly in the living room with heater on, all the heat went straight upstairs. A smart TV would have been good for the kids to be able to watch Netflix etc.

The villa was beautiful, there was everything we needed. It was comfortable, I loved the decoration of the walls. A lovely ambience throughout. Perfect location for both Lowestoft or Great Yarmouth.

There was nothing we didn't like. But we would have liked a lamp in the front room. But to be honest it wasn't major.

The villa was lovely and clean. It had plenty of kitchenware and was in a wonderful spot with a clear view of the sea from the balcony off of the double bedroom. There was plenty of space, so we didn't feel like we were all on top of each other. The small decking area at the front of the property made a lovely place to sit, eat, and play games in the evening. We will definitely be returning.

The single beds were very firm (this isn't reflected in the overall rating because it could be personal preference)

A very quiet peaceful break. This is not a Butlins-type busy place, it is a place to spend quality time with your family, enjoying each other's company. The accommodation was lovely, clean, well equipped, with plenty of hot water, and ideal for our break. You can get to a stony/sandy beach by way of steps on the cliff, the beach was OK, not a white sandy type but great because you never really see that many people. Great pool on site, a small arcade and a nice bar/restaurant on site too. Looking at coming back very soon,thank you.

It was perfect for us, not many people about, no busy seafront with lots of arcades, just a chance to relax away from people and the hustle and bustle of life.
