The level of service from the Management and Hospitality staff exceeded our expectations. We were warmly welcomed, amd treated extra special as we were on our Honeymoon.

That we couldn’t swim in beach

Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I would expect from a four-star establishment. Several issues affected the quality of my stay: The room had cockroaches, and the bed was extremely squeaky. The wardrobe was unstable and seemed to be falling apart. The bathroom had no ventilation, and the shower flooded each time we used it. We had to remove the shower drain cover, which was quite unhygienic. The breakfast buffet offered the same items every day, with little variety.

Based on these concerns, I would encourage management to revisit the resort’s maintenance and hygiene processes, as well as review the quality and variety of the dining options. A more proactive approach to facility upkeep and customer experience would make a significant difference.

Meget god frokost, hyggelig personale som hilste på oss hver morgen og virket veldig blide og hyggelige. Hyggelig resepsjonist som tok imot oss sent på kvelden og vi fikk en god og kald hibiskus-drikk som velkomst. Fikk veldig god service og det var et helt nydelig hotell hvor vi kunne slappe godt av!

Fikk meget tørr hud av vannet i bassenget, vannet farget også den hvite bikinien min gul. Den ble dessverre ødelagt, og venninnen min fikk farget sin badedrakt på grunn av vannet. Likevel var det verd det da det var fin stemning rundt bassenget og en bassengbar vi kunne bestille fra hele dagen.
